　　The fourth session of a shareholders' general meeting of Beijing Gold Inlaid Lacquer Co. Ltd. was held successfully in April 9, 2014.

　　The meeting was chaired by the general manager Baiqun and went through the list of the Fourth Board of directors and employee supervisors candidates.Bai deyuan, Baiqun, Shangjiuchun, Chenruiping, Wanzi, Wangjianming, Heping were the new board of directors, Xiehuan and Yaojianhong were the employee supervisors. After discussion, Bai Deyuan was elected as chairman, Bai Qun was appointed as general manager.
